INGREDIENTS
egg
chopped parsley
chopped mint
chopped spring onions
salt
all spice
METHOD:
Crack: Crack the egg into a medium bowl
Prepare: Add the parsley, mint, onions, salt, and pepper and mix to combine.
Cooke: Heat an oiled skillet over medium high heat. Add the egg mixture to the pan, brown on both sides.
Serve: Serve hot with your choice of vegetables and labneh.
