SUMAC TOMTATOES
Like a sunny day at the beach, tomatoes should always be dressed in close to nothing, let their sweet, tangy and juicy flavors come through.
All you need for this no recipe, recipe are a variety of sliced tomatoes, a sprinkle of sumac, salt and lemon rinds and a drizzle of olive oil.
It’s summer, you’re on the Mediterranean coast and the sun is out, you’ve just drizzle the oil and had a taste of your sumac dusted tomatoes. What’s the perfect drink to accompany, an ice filled glass of Arak.
The smell of the cold anise combined with the tomatoes will make you dance.
