SCRABLED EGG

INGREDIENTS:
olive oil
egg
salt
all spice
METHOD:
Prepare: Heat an oiled skillet over medium high heat.
Crack: Crack the egg into the skillet, leaving it untouched for 2 minutes until the whites start turning white.
Cook: Break the yolk with your spatula and scramble the eggs until the yolks are cooked to your liking.
Serve: Serve immediately topped with chives or parsley.
