FRIED EGG with SUMAC
Tell me how you take your eggs, and I’ll tell you a little something about yourself. If you like fried eggs cooked in hot olive oil for extra crispy edges and topped with sumac, then:

Even though you’re calculated your ambitions run wild
You may be crispy (guarded) on the outside but only because you’re soft on the inside
INGREDIENTS
olive oil
egg
salt
sumac
METHOD:
Prepare: Heat a very well-oiled skillet over medium high heat.
Crack: Crack the egg into the skillet and add salt. The egg should start bubbling as soon as you drop it in.
Cook: Fry the egg for 5 minute or until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
Serve: Serve immediately topped with sumac.
