SOFT-BOILED EGG

INGREDIENTS
egg
salt
your choice of pepper
METHOD:
Prepare: Place a room temperature egg in a deep saucepan filled with room temperature water.
Cook: Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes
Crack: Place the egg in an egg cup and carefully crack the top of the egg and remove the top of the cracked eggshell piece by piece.
Serve: Add salt and pepper and enjoy the gooey yolk with some pita bread or a bread stick.
